This year’s Ironman Shoot is for one day only, July 16 at the Dairyville shooting complex.
Four teams of 2 competed on what was a full day of shooting. The 6 events were: 60m Field Class rimfire, 300m Walk Up (300, 200, 100) centrefire, 50m F-Class rimfire, 300m Field Class centrefire, Shotgun, 400m F-Class centrefire.

The Coffs Harbour Rifle Club held a small memorial marking a hundred years since the last cavalry charge at Beersheba by the Australian 4th Light Horse Brigade. The ANZAC competition saw members using ‘As Issued’ Service rifles with open sights alongside traditional scoped rifles. Light showers started the day before clearing to a pleasant morning.
